With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Wes Donahue is the owner and lead inspector of Premier Home Inspection, where he sets the standard for thorough, high-quality home inspections. His expertise is backed by multiple industry certifications, including InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), Certified Residential Thermographer (CRT) for infrared inspections, and IAC2 Certification for mold testing and indoor air quality assessments.
Wes founded Premier Home Inspection with a commitment to delivering unmatched customer service, same-day inspection reports, and fact-based accuracy. His approach is rooted in integrity, pride, and attention to detail, ensuring clients receive a comprehensive, narrative-based report that provides as much useful information as possible.

Wes Donahue is a dedicated family man who lives in Owensboro, Kentucky, with his wife, Jennifer, and their three sons. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, whether it’s coaching and watching his boys play sports, grilling and smoking meat for a backyard cookout, or perfecting his golf swing. A lifelong sports fan, Wes has a deep love for baseball and basketball. When he’s not on the field or at the grill, you’ll likely find him meticulously maintaining his yard, ensuring it’s as polished as the work he puts into his career. And, of course, no day is complete without his go-to fuel—coffee.
